As with many things in life, great things come from one’s passion. With Gerry Apolinario, such was exactly the case.
Gerry’s Grill Restaurant and Bar was borne out of Gerry’s love for good food and drinks, his fondness for cooking and his enjoyment for going out and experiencing quality and varied cuisines.
As an avid customer, he saw what was lacking in the industry…the combination of quality grills, seafood and Asian cuisines plus the perfect ambience that goes with them.
Thus, after rounding up families and friends, Gerry’s Grill Restaurant and Bar was born on February 14, 1997. Located in Quezon City, Gerry’s Grill boasted of a menu packed with scrumptious food ranging from grilled items such as Grilled Squid (Grilled Calamares), Chicken, Beef Ribs, Pork BBQ, Grilled Tuna Steak and tastefully prepared beermates and appetizers. Gerry’s Grill became a favorite Barbecue Place for residents and office people around the area.
Last February 2006, Gerry’s Grill finally launched its first international branch in the heart of Union City, California USA. This was soon followed by the opening of Gerry’s Grill Artesia, Orange County California.
In 2010, Gerry’s Grill launched its first branch in Singapore at the Marina Bay Sands Hotel. And on December 2011, a second branch opened at the Cuppage Road (near Orchard Road), Singapore. Soon to open, Gerry’s Grill Doha, Qatar!
